I'm still on it....accidentally went out on saturday night though and drank a lot of wine...oops! 4 pounds back on. Oh dear.
Never mind though, back on it now and not going off-plan again this week at least so it's still going down overall.

Thanks Shoxford, feeling a lot better now but last weeks weight loss a disaster, gained 5lbs eeeek!

12lbs in 2 weeks is amazing!!

wouldnt get that kinda loss at a normal diet class, and ur only 2lbs off your first stone bounce

Mmm I'm not the best omelette maker either Belle, never had any success there myself but hubby is a wizz with them so I can get him to do those for me so I think I'll give 'em a try in ma next box, they'll be nice with salad me thinks.

Shoxford, try making your soups in a mug like a normal cup a soup, I stir with a spoon first then give it a quick spin around with a little whisk I have and I don't get any lumps at all, in fact they're my favourite so far, I could have them every meal. I do add a fair amount of ground black pepper coz I love the stuff.

The omelette is a little bit tricksy...I agree although I find the soups the most difficult, they seem to come out all lumpy and horrible.

Tried to make mushroom crisps today like chicken crisps but was massively unsuccessful...had to bin it. x

Yeah, I like making cards too although I've only got a desk worth of stuff, not a whole room! Jealous!

The omelette's are good, they come in a packet and you mix it with water then cook in a pan with a little oil. Nice. Personally thought would be nicer in a sandwich but obvs not allowed!

Not a fan of the vegetable soup, it went all lumpy and horrible....ugh

Ooh Shoxford, are you a card maker too Question I'm obsessed myself and my craft room is my sanctuary from the world Laughing We've lost a bedroom to accommodate all my crafting stash flower

It definitely is a great distraction when dieting, I love my craft room.

Might try the omelettes myself in next months goodie box, how do they come? How on earth can they send us an omelette?

Haha, yeah I know, I've been going to the loo almost every five minutes. Is ridiculous.

On the plus side, yesterday went well- I liked the cheese omlette very much and the chocolate shake was good too. Distracted myself by making glittery cards last night.

Had a sneaky weigh in and nothing gone yet although it was only 1 day! I know I shouldn't weigh myself every day though....I'll try to leave it until Thursday for a half-way through the week.

Hope you're both doing well too x

Hello all

Thought I'd let you know how I'm getting on....I weighed myself this morning so I know my starting point (ouch!) but it's just going to reduce from now so all good.

So far I have had the apple crumble bar which was very nice and an onion soup for lunch which was also good. I've drank a ridiculously strong cup of black coffee and almost 1.5 litres of water. I did LL last year and forgot how much these diets make you need the loo to start with!

I've called this Diet until December btw because I'm going to stop at the end of November and start again in January. Hopefully I'll have knocked off a couple of stone by then and will try not to do too much damage over xmas/birthdays etc.

Hope you're all getting on well and having as good a Monday as possible x
