mint oral spray

When following FMRP I was so frightened of smelly breath and was told that sugar free fresh breaths products are fine, those listerine sprays or tabs are brill as they actually kill bacteria and dont just mask the smell. I think the gums and mints are the ones you are not supposed to use.

I have been told that i can use an oral spray (fresh Breath spray). it gives a short burst of mint flavour, and can help with cravings.
This is used on the LL diet.
I was wondering if it would be ok for me to use it?
any advice please!
