Sore Throat Spray??!

Hi Ali, Sorry you're feeling poorly. I've used a throat spray while on the diet and it didn't make any difference at all. I'm not sure if it was the same sort (and can't check as I don't have it any more) but my husband is a pharmacist and told me it was fine to use, so I think you should be OK and as Vashti says, the amount you will take will be really small anyway.

I have one in my meds. drawer so looked into the data sheet. It has sodium saccharin in it, which I'm not sure about, but the amount would be miniscule per dose. The rest of the chemicals I wouldn't think would be any problem at all, so I would risk it and get a little relief.

I have got a really sore throat and wondered if it's ok to use a sore throat spray - it only mentions the active ingredient in it, so I don't know if it has sugars etc - its ultra chloraseptic throat spray - any advise would be good!
