Hi Christine,
it certainly seems to work, and the cost is very reasonable.
Try one of the sample boxes as it's a matter of finding what you like. You will find lots of conflicting opinions on which products are nice or not!
The beauty of Kee is that you can mix and match products and if you find FMRP doesn't like you - try one of the other plans. I think this flexibility is key to successfully losing weight. The advice given on the forum is invaluable and backs up what the site advises.
Key points -
WATER..drink lots. It will keep dehydration headaches, and hunger, at bay
Start cutting down carbs NOW so you don't get headaches from that either
Psyllium husks daily will help you regular (health food shops have 'em)
Finally - look forward to that first weekly weigh-in..

Yup, it works - I lost a couple of stone on LL previously - but as well as the cost of this plan being much more sensible, I prefer the shakes and bars too - bonus! I've only been doing this for a couple of weeks, but have lost 11lbs so far - loads of luck, hang in there past the initial hunger pangs (on day three I could have eaten the carpet), and once you're in the swing of it, it really may be the easiest and most successful diet you have ever tried. Let us know how you get on!

Cambridge works so Im sure this one does Ive lost 2 stone in 2 months and that was with 2 weeks off (1 week each month for Hols) so good luck x

Morning Christine,

Yes the diet does work, I have lost 5 stone in total using the Cambridge and Kee diet, I need to lose another 2 stone then I will be at my goal weight.... it is hard in the first week but take it easy and keep drinking lots of water to keep the hunger at bay.

Your first weigh in will be motivation to keep going, trust me!!

Hi Christine welcome to the Kee diet. In answer to your question just read all the post and it wll answer your question. I have lost 4st in total, 2st on a low fat diet and 2st on the Kee diet. So yes it does work if you stick to it. Good luck and post your results you will get lots of advice and encouragment on the forum.
