I also can't resist weighing myself every day, as I find this encouraging, but I don't get too hung up if there is no change (or even the occasional slight gain) since with this diet, you basically don't have any decisions to make about changing anything from day to day anyway...so it doesn't give me the urge to 'try and be better' the next day or anything, it just reinforces that what I'm doing is OK.
I only post my weight once a week though, don't want to get too boring or obsessed! (I do sometimes update my ticker during the week though, for the observant among you!)
I always weight first thing in the morning, with nothing on (sorry for the image lol!)
I keep a diary too, although I don't always write much, but this really helped at the beginning especially (nobody else sees it!)
Good luck!

I weigh myself every day but that is my preference. No I know alot of people get weighed once a week.

I am sure there is a good reason for this!

thanks everyone, i feel so much better today.
yet another question, when do you each weigh yourself? i weighed myself for the first time on saturday morning b4 i had my first "shake". How long did you all waiting b4 next weigh in? I really wanted to wait until saturday morning so it has been a whole week, but i now have the "i want to see if it's works" mode. The husband has hidden the wii board (my only way of weighing myself).
Is one week long enough or to soon? Or did you give in sooner?

I agree, that's normal, I remember feeling like that for a few days too it's just the carbs withdrawal. I took painkillers a couple of times for headaches too. The bad breath is (believe it or not) a good sign, it means you are going into ketosis, if you drink loads it should settle down but be warned, that took a LONG time (and 5 litres of water a day ) for me! I would advise investing in a good breathfreshener spray!
Good luck, it will pass, stick in there!

Its normal hun, just keep drinking your water, make sure you eat the products slowley too, I necked a bar when I was out in town on about day 5 and I felt hot and sick suddenly. Hope it passes soon for you, it did for me, hang in there xxx
