Help...Feeling sick! Empty It will be worth it!

Post by shaz42uk Thu Sep 08, 2011 4:44 am

Yes you are right, it will be worth it, esp when i can get in to my old jeans again....

I dont have alot to lose, just 2 stones so i am hoping it wont take too long but then they sometimes say that it takes longer when you are not so big and want to lose weight. Anyway, drastically reducing my calorie intake, like i have must do something!

Anyway, thanks for the chat and good luck to you too!

iv got a minimum of 4 stone to lose so will hopefully last out until christmas time.

it is hard, iv done lighter life before, but the products you buy here give u far more choice.

if you're struggling order some of the meals to have at night, or even make ur own having meat with the allotted veg allowance.

All I can say is it definately works, so I guess its how much you want it and if you can get through the first few icky days.

Im just telling myself, it may be hard but it will be worth it!!

Help...Feeling sick! Empty thanks

Post by shaz42uk Thu Sep 08, 2011 12:13 am

Thanks for that, it helps to know that it will, fingers crossed, go away. The forums seem quiet and i wondered if many people come on here. I already seem to be losing the will to carry on but i will try my best to continue. Do you have a lot to lose?

Help...Feeling sick! Empty Help...Feeling sick!

Post by shaz42uk Wed Sep 07, 2011 7:07 pm

I have just started day 3 and have been experiencing headaches, diszziness and nausea since late yesterday evening. I am trying my best to drink as much water as possible but is there anything else i can do and does anyone know if this will go away soon?
