I think you can have it as it has malic acid rather than citric acid, but I wouldnt have until you are in ketosis....

Hi Sarah, I checked tonight and I was right the fizzy ones have actual fruit juice concentrate in them so steer clear!
I get the Sainsburys own, still, 1.5litre in Cranberry and Raspberry, Blackberry and apple and peach, we can't have the lemon and lime one cos it has citric acid in it

Can't help with this I'm afraid, I don't want to take any risks, so I stick to tapwater, occasional sparkling water and black tea - and LOTS of it!!

i don't buy th fizzy ones, only the still ones cos the fizzy ones have actual fruit juice in I think so that might interfere with ketosis? Can't remember without looking at them but I think that was why I didnt get them
I have one of the 1.5 litre bottles every few days - usually in work for a change but stick to plain water the rest of the time
