Hi Sylvia,

How did you get on with LL? I did 3 weeks of it at the end of 2008 before I found out I was pregnant and had to stop! It is so expensive and to be honest I like the Kee products more

Good luck to you and your daughter, I had 70lbs to lose, 22lbs down after the first 3 weeks, hoping to shift all this in time for my 30th in June!

Hi all - my name is sylvia and my user name is sylvery123 - i have been on the LighterLife diet for 16 weeks but could not afford it for the past 3. I am now helping my daughter too so I have gone on this diet as well as her and I am hoping to lose another 21 pounds. Mydaughter has about 7 stone to lose but we are taking it slowly. Hope to hear from you and I live in Hull. cheers sylvia
