I ave lost the weight in roughly 18wks I have had to take in consideration that for a few weeks in that time I wasn't focused on diet and put on a few pounds I have a wedding to go to in early may next year so I am hoping to loose at least another stone before then.

Hia avent been on forum for a while over the last month i have not been as focus on diet as I should have been put on 2pounds:( have started back on plan today i am now focused to get me back on track.

I following rapid burn phase I have tried Many diets but this one is the best by far i have about another 2stone to loose so head down and just keep goin Smile
