TOTAL MEAL REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS - INCLUDE 25% RDA OF ESSENTIAL VITAMINS AND MINERALS - IDEAL FOR VLCD DIETING

Total Weight Loss Shake Drinks
A Delicious Shake with vitamins and minerals included. Prepare with water for a lower calorie / carb meal replacement or with skimmed milk for a slightly higher calorie/carb nutritionally completed food substitute which is one quarter of the EU's recommended minimum calorific intake in any day.

Add chosen flavoured pack to mixing bowl/blender,
Slowly add the 250ml of water/milk from the fridge. (Electric mix recommended).
Mix for approximately 50 – 60 seconds until frothy and serve.

Total Weight Loss Soups
A Delicious Country Soup with vitamins and minerals included.

Add contents of packet to a bowl or mug
Slowly add the required 220ml of hot but not boiling water
Stir, hand whisk, mix for approximately 50 – 60 seconds until well dissolved
For best results, leave to stand for 1 minute before consuming.
Recommend consumption within 15 minutes.


Total Classic Porridge
Delicious for breakfast or anytime, vitamins & minerals included. Prepare with 150ml of water* for lower calories (146 kcal) or with 250ml of skimmed milk for a nutritionally complete 200 kcal total food substitute which is one quarter of the EU's recommended minimum calorific intake in any day.

To Prepare in the microwave:
Add the contents of the sachet to 110-120mls of cold water.
Stir or whisk until fully mixed.
Microwave (850w) for 90 seconds, stir and then microwave for a further 30 seconds.
For best results, leave for 1 minute before consuming.

To Prepare using a saucepan:
Empty contents of sachet into a Saucepan, and use either 110-120ml of water
Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes stirring occasionally.
Leave for 2 to 3 minutes before consuming.
Then simmer for 3 or 4 minutes, stirring occasionally

Steadily add 30ml of cold water, mix into a past and then add 140/170ml of hot water (not boiling) from a kettle - and stir until fully dissolved & consume.....or
Slowly add 30ml of cold water and mix, then add remaining 140/170ml cold water while stirring until well dissolved. Either………...
a) Simmer in a saucepan until at the required temperature, do not boil.
b) Cook in the microwave at maximum heat for approximately 1 minute.


Slimmers High Protein Weight Loss Hot Meals
High in protein, lower in carbs & calories requiring a daily vitamin/mineral supplement when using to replace a daily meal/s.

Omelette's

Add slowly 50 to 80ml of cold water while stirring with a whist or a fork.
Beat with the whisk or fork until well dissolved.
Add any fresh herbs, spices or veg/salad permitted
Heat a non-adhesive pan and humidify it with a spray oil.
Add mixture into the hot pan and cook for about 20 to 30 seconds
You can put a lid over pan for the last 10 seconds to allow mixture to swell
Serve with side salad and eat in a short time
Omelette mixture will also make scrambled eggs if continuously stirred at heating stage

Mexican Red Bean Chilli

Add 170ml of hot (not boiling) water to the sachet contents and stir well
If using a microwave, mix as above in a safe bowl,
Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring occassionally,
Allow to stand for 1 minutes and mixture to swell
Eat within a short time.

If using a saucepan, add 170ml of hot water to a saucepan
Add sachet contents and stir well
heat slowly for 7-10 minutes of a gentle heat, stirring occasionally
Do not allow to burn, allow to stand and swell for approx 1 minute
Eat within a short time.


Nutrisaveur Ready Meals - Do not contain 25% RDA, if wishing to use as part of a VLCD simply add a daily supplement to make up the 25% vitamin & mineral shortfall.

Slimmers High Protein Weight Loss Porridge
All Flavours High in protein, lower in carbs & calories requiring a daily vitamin/mineral supplement when using to replace a daily meal/s.

Stove heating
Empty one packet into 160 to 170 ml of boiling water
Simmer for 2 minutes stirring occasionally
Remove from heat and let stand 2 to 3 minutes
If required add a non caloric sweetener to your taste and eat in a short period of time

Microwave heating
Empty one packet into a microwave safe dish and stir in 160 to 170 ml of cold water
Cook at medium heat for approx 1 minute dependant on machine settings.
Stir and continue cooking 30 seconds to 1 minute
Remove and let stand 2 to 3 minutes
If required add a non caloric sweetener to your taste and eat in a short period of time
