Glad to have you on board! You certainly seem very determined to do this and are well motivated! Keep it up....have you thought of starting a photo diary for your personal use? Many people take a front on snap and a side snap when they start the diet and repeat the process when they weigh in each week. youll be surprised by the difference that you see as you look back at the pictures as your journey goes on... It really helps with the motivation and im sure it builds confidence too :-)

Hello All
I'm starting off on 18 days of blasting the wobbly tummy. I've got four days of food based on the '3 day diet' and then 2 weeks of Protikee stuff. I've also got my Benefibre at the ready, and some LL St Clements drink that's been hanging around in a cupboard. I only have one or two cups of coffee each day - white, 1 sugar - so I'm switching to green tea and white tea (not normal tea with milk but 'black' white tea!!!).
Starting stats are 12st 4 and 39 inches around the largest part of my belly. I don't carry weight anywhere else, I just get this big pot belly and some love handles, and they need to go. As a single 42 year old bloke who's hopefully going to be going on a few dates soon then it's important for the confidence to try and get shot of these.
Today's food is pretty dire but it means it's all downhill from here. Just about to have brekky of boiled egg and a round of toast and a banana - all quite nice. However, I've planned a lunch of tuna and a slice of dry toast, and then tuna, cauli and beetroot and an apple tonight.
I'll read a few other blogs later on to see how everyone else is getting on. Bye for now.
