Hi there yes I am doing the rapid burn I have been having three packets and a bar every day water water water and sparkling water in a wine glass with lime as a fake wine feeling!!! lol Good luck with your plan!! so worth it!!

Just read that you lost 11lbs! Just started rapid burn today, very encouraging! Are you eating 3 meals and a Snack/bar/wafer as well?

Well done Steph!!glad first week out the way im off work this week for half term so trying to keep busy so dont think of food although just baked for kids didnt even lick my finger!!!!!! lol x
