2nd week weigh in Empty Re: 2nd week weigh in

Post by bettyblooper Fri Mar 18, 2011 5:10 am

I feel very happy it's just the start I was looking for and am now very much in my stride. I personally haven't notice much in my clothes put my friends at work are commenting on how much more baggy my uniform appears to be getting, so that feels great...I never noticed much last time though...it wasn't until I looked at my before and 3 month pictures of my self that I actually believed there was a difference. The heart sees what the mind wants it too and when you can psychologically reverse that, thats the best time for me because you truely start to have some self belief.
