3rd week weigh in... Empty Hi Ladies

Post by Admin Mon Mar 28, 2011 8:52 pm

Don't get down hearted, first two weeks weight loss is generally exceptional good due to the water levels changing, glcoygen store, stomach contents and of course some lovely fat loss as well. Once you have lost your stores on a VLCD you start to loose mainly surplus fat as your body is not receiving sufficient energies from foods it will start to convert and use stored fat.

The average weight loss for most ladies is around 3lb a week. With those drinking plenty of water throughout the day and sticking to the rules 100% often more can be achieved. Also weight loss on the scales will depend on how much you are away from your BMI 25 as to how quick you drop fat. If closer to your BMI 25 you may notice a slower weight loss on the scales but a definately change to your shape.

Men generally follow the same as above but their weight lost can be as much as 7lb per week if following properly.

So keep going, 3lb every week is a massive 1 stone approx each month and a really good target to set yourself.

3rd week weigh in... Empty 3rd week weigh in...

Post by bettyblooper Sun Mar 27, 2011 11:06 pm

Hi Guys & Gals,

Well had my 3rd weigh in on Thrusday and have lost another 2lb...was hoping for another 1-2lb but can't still grumble as it's another loss, and I suppose after my first 2 weeks I was expecting a lower result soon. Had a couple of dodgy water days in the middle so that might have slowed it down, lets hope I pick up an extra bit next week
