Hello Everyone.

7 days into the diet, a lot easier now than them first few days! Head aches and dizzyness subsided once i drank the recommended amount of water.

I've been following the Total plan, most for the shakes, soups and meal bars are great but the hot choc drink is absolutely vile haha.

So was it all worth it? Total loss in 7 days... 13lb! Whoop! (so absolutely yes)

I know the majority of that will be water weight but its still fantastic to see the scales drop so much. I cant help myself, I'm on the scales every morning but will report on here every 7 days.

And thanks to everyone else for sharing their journeys on this forum. I really gave me this motivation to carry on when things were feeling tough.
