Hello Sue et al

I too will be starting all over again but on the 2nd January - meanwhile cutting down on all the Christmas Snacking.

I still reckon that I am about 3 half stone lighter than when I started this diet in June, so thats something positive.

I am going back on EQ1 - I would advise this myself as I find FMRP too difficult, but others find it easier to stick to.

I would agree with Sophie - drink all of your water - this is so important as they say, "you drink, you shrink"

Anyway

Good luck one and all

Hi Sue!

Unfortunatly i dont have too many tips or much advice, appart from drinking lots of water and making good use of your veg allowence.

I did this diet last april and lost almost 3 stone, but stoped in august for a holiday. unfortunatly i have found it really hard to get back on it, but i've put on over a stone in the last 6 months, and i have to meet my other halfs parents for the 1st time on jan 11th (hence starting before new year) and i'm off on holiday again this aug and never got to my goal origionally.

oooh i found reading the beck diet solution helped lots- but i think thst may have just been coz i read it at about 8ish most evenings, which is when i'd usually be stuffing my face Smile

Hi Everyone,
I tried todo this diet a couple of months ago and failed miserably. This time i am starting tomorrow with a months worth of products to keep me going. Please if anyone could send me any tips to keep me going it would be much appreciated. I hit the big 50 in Feb and would love to be 21lbs lighter by then as i am off to florida so have left this diet thing to the last minute as usual. Anyway tomorrow is day one so here goes.
