Thanks Snack, good advice. It has been difficult as Im still shopping and cooking for my family but have to say it did get easier and I now find that the foods they eat just don't appeal to me anymore! I lost another 2lb over the last couple of days so Im even happier

nanny bear and tank im sure if i can do it you can too,Just bear in mind along the way people friends and relatives may try to put you off.either out of ignorance ,fright,or there just jealous as i say im low carbing at the moment but if it does nt work as i want i ll be straight back on the shakes.This realy is a fantastic diet but remember try not to cheat not even a nibble i never cheated at all simply for the reason of not wanting to get out off ketosis and each time you come out of ketosis your body makes it harder [and hungeryer] then the last time because it knows what your doing i hope this helps you like people on here helped my so long ago love to you all snack xx

Well I have made it day 4 without any cheating, when I've thought about a packet of crisps etc, I just remember your post Snackattack..... Wow 5.5 stone is fantastic and I hope I have the will power to achieve the same kind of results. No idea how much I have lost so far, staying off the scales til my "official" weigh in day on Monday.
I have a little question.....I am ordering Total products, but the boxes I receive have Weight Control on them, is that correct ?

Welcome to tank and nannybear this realy is a great diet ive lost almost 5 1/2 stone and i love it cant thank the site, posting freinds, and pixies enough for all the support and help given to me .I m doing low carbing at the moment as i have just done 12 weeks on FMR and feel time to bring in a bit more food i have felt great all the way along im sure you can both do this if i can any one can hope this post has helped snack xx

Hi Tank, I have been on the Atkins diet for about 4 weeks now, only recently been told about Kee products when I was moaning at work about not enough variety. I have lost 16lb now, had hoped to lose more but I have also lost inches too so can't complain.

First two weeks were so hard but I can honestly say that it has been worth it, I don't miss the carbs now at all, have no cravings and never felt happier in myself. Started with a view to weight loss but feel so much better that I think I will stick with it. I do struggle with the water tho!!

I have been reading these forums and lots of people seem to have difficulty manage to drink the required water, however I manage 3 to 4 litres a day normally, but I do really like my food and am expecting a difficult first week !

Oh well, here's to a fresh start tomorrow.......
