Put less water in it and some people add an egg and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours. I dont have the instructions handy but you might find them on the web site or if not someone will be along soon to help I am sure

Hi,
I have never done a diet quite like this, got my shakes this morning and made a banana shake to put in fridge to make a mousse. I had to have a tiny taste and was taken back by how sweet, thick and creamy it was. I like the texture but not sure of the sweetness, is this something we all get used to or is it me? I am starting properly on the 2nd January as we have a new years day dinner at a restaurant that has been planned since September with 16 members of the family, it will be like the last supper for me I suppose but I am looking forward to the results. A girl at work did this diet for 12 weeks and lost 3 and a half stone and I am hoping to do as well as her. Any advice for my new weight loss journey anybody???
