yep u can have porridge ,soup etc or you can stick to just shakes you can also have up to six products in one day if your feeling hungery but only 1 bar .hope this is helpfull . snack xxx

Hi All
I'm new to the diet so it's been nice to read some of your comments. I'm due to start my 2nd week this Monday and i'm really enjoying it!!! so far i've lost 7lbs The shakes keep me full but i'm a little confused ... I'm doing the Full Meal Replacement and have been having 3 x Shakes and 1 x Bar + 3 litres of water ... Does that sound right??? I only ask because i've just brought the month mixed box which has porridge and all other sorts of things in it ... Can i eat these on the FMR???
Any help or comments would be appreciated
