I think there is a link here to the permitted list of vegetables http://www.thekeediet.co.uk/index.php?main_page=page&id=9

Stick with it, it is hard but the results will change your life

Permitted veg ? Empty Permitted veg ?

Post by Wendy Brew Sat Aug 18, 2012 8:51 am

I've only just started this diet three days so far, what exactly are the permitted veg? I also read somewhere that someone was having trouble mixing the soup , "lumps in it" well I found the tiny little whisk used for coffee milk is great! I'm struggling "hats off to those long timers" I can only hope to be there ...or STILL THERE !
