Re: Keediet or Lighterlife?
Hi Twinkletoes,
Welcome, and I think you'll find Kee easier to do than LL, as most who come here having done it seem to prefer it.
The obvious side-effects are the headaches a couple or so days in, and maybe feeling a bit hungry to begin with, as you get used to eating the packs, wait for the carb cravings to go, and start going into ketosis.
To be honest, I didn't really have the headache, and felt OK, so it's not compulsory to have them. I think the fact that I don't drink coke, or a lot of caffeine drinks helped, as I'd already got used to having decaf tea/coffee most of the time, with maybe one or two with caffeine a day. If you drink plenty of water, you should be fine.
You'll be getting the same results as the girls at work on LL, so go for it, and look forward to seeing a new you in no time. Read the forum to see how other people get on, and see some impressive losses in a short space of time. It's just nice to do a diet where I don't feel hungry all the time, don't mind the meal replacements, can still have my veggies, which I love, and get a weightloss pretty much guaranteed every week. Now that's got to be worth the £30+ a week, eh?
Good luck, and keep posting so we can get to know you better, and hear all about your progress.

Re: Keediet or Lighterlife?
Hi
I've done LL before 6 years ago and to be honest I prefer this as I don't have to go to the meetings and it's cost twice as much.
The headache will last a couple of days but you get those on lighterlfe too. Drink plenty of water and good luck

Keediet or Lighterlife?
Hi everyone!
So I've decided to take the plunge and go for it! I couldn't decide what
diet plan to go for Lightlife or Keediet? Two girls at work are on Lightlife
and look fab but its costing them about £70 a week! So keediet it is!
Bit worried about side effects though. Anyone had any bad episodes of
headaches or anything?
