Hi Liz how's the weekend been 4 u? I had a rough 1st few days but im feeling great now, the only thing is i still havent had a positive ketostix yet have u? Maybe im drinking too much water lol about 6-7 pints a day but my skin is loving it Very Happy Debi x

Hi Im Liz - I am starting today! Smile I have done Lighter Life ( too expensive now though) in the past and so I know this sort of diet really works. I hope this works just as well - really need to loose these excess pounds (stones -really Laughing )

I have made oatmeal this morning - it was too runny but tasted good - looking forward to a nice lemon bar in a mo!
