Hello all,

Well I've survived my first 4 weeks on total meal replacement and feel such a sense of achievement.

Having lost just short of 20lbs I am starting to see a real difference in my clothes and my friends have noticed too which gives me such a boost.

Good luck everyone for the next week bounce

3rd week, back on track Empty Hi Bettyblooper

Yes, Yes, Yes, isn't it terrific, a REAL VLCD MEAL, with REAL FOOD, REAL TEXTURE and they are so filling with around 30g of Protein. We are so pleased to have been invited to offer these products for our UK Clients due to the good name of ProtiKee Meal Replacements . They have been 2 years in design by specialist nutritionalists and food chefs to perfect and are really created for the VLCD market. They are extremely high quality and taste absolutely gorgeous and not to be compared to supermarket brands. They make Ketosis dieting so much easier, now concerned young mums can eat a meal with their kids and not feel as if sending the wrong signals, you don't need to miss out on family meals or can have an allowed treat over those long weekends. The meals are too low on carbs for use with our Social and New You Plans but ideal for Rapid Burn (TFR) and KeeLite. With the KeeLite plan you should add extra veg/salad for the required calories, and on the Total Food Replacement (Rapid Burn Plan) the Nutrisaveur Meal is a replacement for mealpack and permitted salad. So just have the meal. As with all our weight loss plans, even though adding Nutrisaveur to your plan daily or occasionally you will still that important Vit & Min supplement. Remember 100% RDA is the minimum required of vits and mins and in weight reduction phase extra is prudent. A VLCD is defined by the calorie content of below 800kcal and also the high protein / low carb ratio.

The VLCD is such a significant move in the dieting world, it is now realised that high protein makes such a difference and low carb allows you to convert stored excess fat so efficiently that many high street brands are also catching on and changing their plans. It is so important to get the right mix of protein, carbs and even healthy fats, so make sure you follow either one of our plans correctly as shown or add the products to another nutritional plan. The Nutrisaveur meals can be added to any VLCD programme if you wish and you should still stay in ketosis due to the 6-10g of carbs/sugar per meal. Just like swapping a mealpack.

We have started with x4 flavours to see how they are received and if sell great there are another fantastic flavours we can choose. Nutrisaveur also do a range of higher calorie, carb, meals ideal for our Social and New You plans so watch this space.

We will start a post and it would be great if KeeBees could let us know their opinion.

3rd week, back on track Empty What happened there !!

Post by Admin Sun Mar 13, 2011 3:57 am

Hi Linda, how strange, sometimes a 1 or even 2lb weight gain can show if insufficient water, constipation or TOM but 5lb, well done to sticking with it and sounds like you deserve that extra 6lb. Very Happy Very Happy

As of yesterday we now have "Ketogenic" Ready Meals, similar I suppose to Diet Chef, but taste can not be compared, you can use these every single day if you wish for dinner and we presently have x4 delicious flavours. Mexican Chicken, Roast Chicken Provencal, Tenderloin of Beef Medalions and Italian Turkey Pasta. Unbelievable taste, easy to use and the great thing is as they are over 30g of Protein will keep you full and only around 6-9g of carbs you remain in Ketosis.

If needing the structure of a liquid diet possibly consider using from the 3rd week on a VLCD as the first couple of weeks are important to break eating habits etc.

Post by bonjovibabe Sat Mar 12, 2011 8:55 pm

Hi guys,

Well, after my completely soul destrying week last week where i put 5lbs on after sticking to the diet religiously, I managed to stick with it and have lost 11lbs this week, so the 5 I put on and 6 more - yippeeee.

I think I will be doing 1 more week on this then go onto slimming world for a month before doing this again as Im not sure my willpower can cope without 'proper' food for any longer!!

Hope you have all had a great week xx
