Woo-hoo
I am on my 4th day & happily in ketosis and (sneaky peak) 4lb down already.
Love the mixed pack, so much choice. Fave so far is definately the coconut bar. My soups need more oomph / texture but they are filling.
Water going down well. Looking forward to 1st week weigh in

Hello,
I finished maternity leave Sept 09. I am returning to work Sept 10 after a summer break almost 2 stone heavier. My daughter is 20 months and I am heading towards a post pregnancy weight.
Help!
Here I am again.
I know VLCD works. I love and passed cambridge diet - I lost 3.5 stone then. I cannot be faffed with visiting a counsellor when I work and have 2 children.
This diet is new to me. I like a challenge. I like the range and versatality.
I can do this diet. I want it delivered to my door.
Bring it on...
