Hi Charl_s.

This would depend on your programme. Cottage Cheese would be your protein portion and is guaged by calories.

Take a look at the carton and work on a 100g the calories and then how much you are allowed for your calories on the programme you are following. The 3% Fat cottage cheese you get loads on all programmes, sometimes too much to eat.
