Im 5.7, I was 15.7 stone but lost weight on Lipotrim am now 10stone am on this diet to loose a stone So glad of all the flavours!

Hi there things are really quiet on here just lately. Well done with the weight you have lost so far and it shouldn't take you long to lose the other stone. What is your BMI? Surely with the weight you are for your height it must be under 25?

I hated the plain porridge with a vengance it made me heave! Sad

I love the chocolate shake,the chocolate drink and my favourite bar is the sticky toffee one Um Um Smile

But all the other bars I have tried are nice as well. Let us know your first weeks weight loss. Welcome to the forum.
