Future Returns

Hi All,

Just an update to our Terms & Conditions -Return of Goods.
When setting up the website we wanted our clients to have the option to sample flavours prior to ordering large amounts of food products and provided a seperate section for the purchase of single items. In the past we have always tried to accommodate returns as much as possible and offer a replacement for those products received and not enjoyed.

Unfortunately over the last few months this has increased some what, and as we do not resell the returned items they are written off as a loss. We have therefore recently updated our Terms & Conditions (available via our webstore) to show that food products can no longer be returned unless sent in error or not fit for consumption. We urge all new clients to purchase a few samples, especially to determine the taste difference between WC Sweet Flavours and Total Sweet Flavours and also to ensure they enjoy the Porridge, these are generally the products that are returned for replacement.

Hope you understand and agree with our decision, we are always trying to keep our costs down to offer you competitive weight reduction products. If you have ordered products you do not enjoy, why not post them on the SWAP PAGE on this forum to either sell to another client or swap for more enjoyable flavours.
