WC products

I agree the WC stuff is much nicer, I still have about 2 weeks worth of total so i'll have a mixture until it all goes then continue with WC.

Doing ok, on week 3 and weigh in Monday so i'll update then too, good luck for Saturday!

Morning all, well i jumped on the scales this morning and weighed in at 10st 8.6 lbs im so happy considering i was 11st 2 lbs last saturday and have fallen off the wagon twice. I started my wc products this morning and i can already tell that these are much nicer than the total products although i did order a huge batch of total products at the beginning and proberly wont use them all. I put an order in for more wc products as i am counting my daily carb intake rather than calories and the wc products are lower in carbs. I am allowing myself a maximum of 20g of carbs a day and will let you know on my weight loss reslults next saturday, hopefully i should be in ketosis then.
