Hi Gempants, KeeLite is a brill plan and the feedback is great. As it is still a VLCD you must follow in the same way as Rapid Burn, but you get to include a healthy meal with no carbs. The weight loss should be around the same if you follow the rules and drink the water for this reason.

Some clients prefer Rpaid Burn as their VLCD as too tempted by a meal.
