Hi Gempants, Well done for surviving the first day. You will naturally find that you crave carbs in the first few days as this is what your body requires for energy until it enters ketosis then your body will use stored fat.
Have a great 2nd Day.... Don't give in your getting close, today will be tough but so worth it.

Thanks I really needed to hear that. The day went better as it went on. I really felt like I needed a slice of bread earlier. I've eaten so much rubbish lately I think my body went into shock lol. Loving the chilli by the way

Hi Gempants,
How did your first day go. Take it easy in the first few days, try to keep drinking the water and keep exercise or energetic movements to a minimal.

Your body is changing is source of fuel from carbs and sugar to your bodies stored fat. After approximately 72 hours on the diet your body will become a FAT BURNING MACHINE.

Ohh that sounds so good....
