Re: New to this but old hand at LL & Cam VLCD
Well done for the 9lbs in your first week! That's really good!
I lost 7 in my first week.
How is it going for you so far?
I had my 4th weigh in on sunday and have an overall loss of 17lbs now
and i'm quite happy with it!
It seems like i have a loss of 3-4 lbs per week now which is ok as i'm
sometimes cheating a little bit (having some salad with chunks of plain chicken)
not big tho and i'm still in ketosis lol
Ha and about your dream: i was dreaming having a really nice pizza and woke up dribbling
Keep up your good work!!

Thanks Roy..... I'm on day 4 and coming out the other side of the dreaded detox headache! Can't wait to weigh but have promised myself to only weigh once a week.

New to this but old hand at LL & Cam VLCD
Hi all,
Well here goes.... I have lost huge amounts previously on VLCD meal replacement as I'm pretty much an all or nothing type gal they suit me. Managed to keep all but 1 stone off of a very respectable 4.7stone loss for nearly 4yrs, using this type of diet if I started to creep up.... Then, bam, from seemingly nowhere and for no obvious reason (emotionly stable at the mo ;-)) I have piled on 3 stone in 4 months! I have been a human hoover so cant blame a diet of dust for the gain! After a google search this product came up so rather than the faff of trying to get to a supplier I thought i'd give it a go. I want to aim for a 4 stone loss to start with but am hoping for more like 5 stone on the quiet....
So as i said here goes.... Wish me luck guys xx
