Go onto the 'How to create your own weight loss tracker' on the home page of this forum. That will tell you to click onto the tickerfactory, and where togo from there. Can be frustrating, most of us had to several goes at it, and it can be frustrating. I had to print mine off and follow it, but got there in the end!!!

Hi all, fingers crossed my shakes come tomorrow so i can get going on shifting this weight, got few family things coming up over the next year and have a hell off a lot to loose. Can someone tell me how to get one off those tracker things to track my weight loss.
I am feeling exited and cant wait xx
