I am popping up argos in a min to pick up my new scales and will weigh myself in the morning.

Ive been thinking about the advice admin have given me - which i am very grateful of.

I might not weigh until the last day of the month, it might keep me going as all this jumping on and off the scales is disheartening.

My goal weight by the end of the month is 10 stone so thats 12 lbs i gotta shift. I am more determined than ever, I love protikee and the forums i cnt let u guys down!
