feeling guilty but wiser!

Just got back from Mexico today, all my good intentions went out on the first day!! I ate rice, pasta, bread, cakes and more cakes then even more cakes!!!!

Result was immediate, I went back to feeling bloated and swollen within 24 hours, had raging indegestion for the whole time but still didn't listen to what my body was screaming Severe issues with the digestive system.......................but.................have learned a valuable lesson, this diet is not just about weight loss but about feeling better all around. Not sure yet what damage the scales will show tomorrow but whatever they say I plan to get right back on the wagon first thing
