Hey Trazzer - I felt wonderful too however feel a bit picky today - i'm never very good at weekends - especially when i'm saviong my entire wages lol - i get so bored!
Can't wait for the week to start so i can get into my routine again!

When is your official first weigh in?

Generally the first few days of doing vlcd is a bit like doing a detox and that is why you feel headachy and no
energy. Ususally by day four things start picking up and you will feel a lot better. If you can get past the first
few days it starts to get easier. well done for persevering and as you have already seen the weight loss is the
bonus .

Are you going to put a tracker on your posts, its great motivation to see the pounds melting away. Glad you
are enjoying your journey. Its weigh day for me tomorrow so fingers crossed.

Morning all ,
Yesterday I felt terrible , no energy , headache , and generally under the weather but ....... Woke up this morning a new person I'm feeling great and full of beans ( not literally ) ha,ha, It's now day 5, for me and I'm 6lbs lighter and feel so possitive already about this diet Hope i can stay feeling this way ......
