Newbie waiting for my parcel

About to start day four, enjoying the shakes not sure about the tomato soup but the chicken is good and in allowing myself two cups of tea with milk a day. As I really don't enjoy black tea, can drink black coffee but not when I first get up. Had a sneaky weigh in yesterday I'd lost 5lb!!!! In three days so very happy with that. Hoping to loose a little more by the end of the week. Fingers crossed would love to get into double figures for my weight loss.

Just had my first shake, a chocolate one. Actually really nice! Mixed well in the shaker I brought when I ordered the diet packs, fingers crossed they all taste that good.

So parcel has arrived today, had a sort through it and planning what I'll be eating tomorrow. I've got caramel for breakfast, apple porridge for lunch, tomato soup for tea and a hot mint choc before bed. Brought lots of water, will weight myself tomorrow and take a few measurements in case I don't loose weight but do loose inches.

Hi all, I placed my first order on Saturday and now I'm waiting for my parcel to arrive! I would list to loose 2 stone and hoping to do that in less than 8 weeks as that is when I'm going on holiday. When my parcel arrives I'll add starting wight and measurement. Any advice you can offer would be gratefully received. Thanks
