VLCD / LCD - Social Plan Guidance
>>Required on your Social Kee Plan ...... Use daily
2x ProtiKee Mealpacks (Total / High Protein mixed with water)
1x ProtiKee Mealbar / Wafer
340ml of skimmed / soya milk / fatfree alternative dairy - (Max 130kcal/17g carbs)
Minimum requirement of 2.25L (4 pints) of water
1 x Daily Time Release Vitamin & Mineral Supplement

1 x Light lunch - KeeSide Salad/Vegetables
1 x Main Meal - Kee Protein Main Menu / Nutrisaveur Ready Meal + 1 x Kee Side Salad/Vegetable Meal

Drink extra water when thirsty throughout the day
*3 x Weekly add healthy fats using 1tlbs of nuts/seeds or add nut/seed oil to your permitted salad/vegetables * If choosing to use all High Protein
products on Social Kee we recommend that this item is then Required.

Limited black tea or coffee (including all leaf teas but excluding flower or fruit teas)
Use tablet sweeteners if required
Limited Sugar Free Squash/water flavourings/carbonated sugar free drinks
Add fresh or dried herbs & spices to mealpacks and permitted foods (excludes salt / includes ie pepper, chilli, cinnamon)
Add 1tlbs fat free / 1% virtually fat free dressing
Add 1x extra ProtiKee High Protein Mealpacks, including desserts/puffs/soups/hot or cold drinks (increased calorie intake)
Option to mix Total Shakes with skimmed or soya milk
To keep this plan simple, directly replace 1 x Kee Main Protein portion for 1 x Ketogenic Nutrisaveur Ready Meal and add the 1 x Kee Salad /Vegetable Meal as a side dish.
