LCD - New You Plan Guidance
>>Required on your New You Kee Plan ...... Use daily
2x ProtiKee Mealpacks (Total / High Protein mixed with water)
293ml of skimmed / soya milk / fatfree alternative dairy - (Max 130kcal/17g carbs)
Minimum requirement of 2.25L (4 pints) of water
1 x Daily Time Release Vitamin & Mineral Supplement

1 x Kee Protein Main Meal 1 + Kee Side Salad/Vegetables (as above)

2 x Kee Fruit Portions (Download our PDF)
>>Advised on your New You Kee Plan ..... Use daily & weekly
Drink extra water when thirsty throughout the day
Taller ladies above 5'8 (1.73m), men and those with a busy lifestyle are advised that an extra product maybe required.
>>Optional on your New You Kee Plan ....Use daily, often or as required
Limited black tea or coffee (including all leaf teas but excluding flower or fruit teas)
Use tablet sweeteners if required
Sugar Free Squash/water flavourings/carbonated sugar free drinks
Add fresh or dried herbs & spices to mealpacks and permitted foods (excludes salt)
Add 1tlbs fat free / 1% virtually fat free dressing
*3 x Weekly add healthy fats using 1tlbs of nuts/seeds or add nut/seed oil to your permitted salad/vegetables
Option to mix Total Shakes with skimmed or soya milk
Exchange one Mealpack for a MealBar/Wafer.
