Hi Sue,

2lbs is great and as Lisa said all in the right direction.

You have inspired me with your coments and also with the love of the lent quotes. Have another look thorugh those lent quotes and remember how they have made you feel.

You are doing fantastic. keep it going.

I am about 1lbs a week at mo but need to pick up my drinking..... Water of course. have a little think about your water and what you are doing and thinking to make sure all is as you have been doing during the plan.

You are a sunny "ray of sunshine" keep positive it is all moving you along your path.

Hi Lisa,

Glad the holiday weight has disappeared and you are back in to it. I must admit I find things better not having the veg/salad and milk.

Well done for getting back in to it. looking forward to reading about your loses.

Hi Sue

By packs, I meant that I would not be having the additional veg allowance and will try and have a bar on alternate days as these are obviously higher calorie than the meals/soups etc.

Sometimes I think it's worth mixing it up a bit as your body gets used to a routine and I think that is when the weight loss stays static. Like you say, it will be interesting to see how I fare next week. And as for your 2lb a week, that's still a steady loss and you're doing great!

Have a good week hun...

Well done Lisa, thats really good news. I will look forward with interest to see what weight loss you achieve
doing packs only. Does that mean that you are only having the four shakes a day, not cottage pie or spag bog
or are you not having any bars.

I tend to only have one shake a day in a morning, then i have two meals (cott pie or spag bog) with a bar in
the evening. Do you have the food allowance, i dont have any.

I am struggling mentally this week, ive lost 2lb a week for three weeks now and feel that i am sacrificing a lot
for a little. I know overall that i am losing and im glad of that, i suppose like everyone i want to see the scales
dropping a lot faster.

Have a great week , im really chuffed for you and hope you get into the 12's that will be a real boost for you

Hi all

Well, weigh in this morning and I have managed to get the holiday weight off so pretty chuffed about that.

I am going to do packs only this week and see if I can get out of the 13's this week and into the 12's...lots of targets to aim for...

Hope you all have a good week.

Post by lisaclareb Thu Mar 22, 2012 9:44 pm

Hi girls

Well, 3 days down and I have not been good!... Finding it hard to get back into the Kee routine, but now all the goodies have gone, mainly the wine!, I am buckling down and for all my sins, as of this morning I had lost 3lbs, but we will see on Monday. I think I must be moving back into ketosis as the headache has passed and the energy is returning!

I have found a new breakfast that I am really enjoying instead of the porridge. One of the 3 in 1 puddings and adding slightly more water than I would for the pudding and it seems to come to the consistency of a really sumptuous yoghurt. I have only tried it with the vanilla, but have ordered the lemon cheesecake, so will let you know how this one works.

Has anyone tried the mixed berry yoghurt yet?

Take care

Lisa

Hi Imp,

I hope you are starting to feel better and I am sure it is so hard when your OH is away and you have so much to do. keep coming on here and we will try and keep you out of mischief Smile

Good Luck for the WI, i am sure you will be fine but remember your health is more important as when you are on full steam the weight will disappear.

Catch up tomorrow.

Thanks Lisa, very kind. I think it just is because I seem to be the old timer at 10 weeks now so if it can help inspire that is fantastic. You all keep me going so I say a massive thank you to you all.

Hi Sarah

We had the most fantastic time in Egypt. They are such lovely people, so welcoming and could not do enough for us. It was just a relaxation holiday, but we are hoping to go back next year and do the sights in Giza and Luxor and then go back to the resort we stayed in this time...

First day went swimmingly and feeling very positive about getting this last bit of weight off forever. I did say to my partner that I would be needing new bikini's for the next holiday as the ones I was wearing will be too big for me....he just laughed. Don't think he realises I'm deadly serious!!

This time it's coming off and staying off!.

Hope you all have a good week

Hi Lisa,

Welcome back! I joined while you were away in sunnier climes. Did you enjoy your trip to Egypt?

I'm sure, like you said, that a week or two back on plan will have you where you were before your hol, and maybe a bit further down.

You're just down the road from me too... quite a few of us from this neck of the woods seem to be on the Kee.

Hope you have a great first week back on it.

Best wishes
Sarah

Hi Sue

Didn't do too much damage and I am sure with a good first week back on it after two weeks off I can pull myself back into line and maybe a couple more lbs on top!

I did LL about 3 years ago and lost nearly 5 stone, however I think The Kee Diet is much better because of the variety. This time I intend to get all the way down to the healthy BMI. All being well, this will be about mid June-July, but I will know when I am where I want to be.

I will report progress next Monday...

Hi Lisa,

Welcome back, lucky you having a break in Egypt, did you do much damage (weight wise) while you were out there.

I hope you have a good week back on the plan, i always think its harder 2nd time around (or even 3rd 4th or 5th) but
you do get the results if you stick with it.

I look forward to sharing your journey with you

Hi all

I've been reading up on what you have been up to while I've been away and you are all doing great.

I have been in Egypt for a break and did not follow the plan while I was there as we were on all inclusive, however I am back on it with a vengeance this week and looking forward to getting back on the journey to finally weighing what I want to.

Keep up the good work KeeBees..
