80lbs down

80lbs is over 5stone is that right? That's how much I needed to loose, I'm down to the last 1. 1/2 stone. WELL as of last weigh in 2 days ago 1stone3lb. I KNOW THE JOURNEY YOU'VE DONE "excellent YOU MUST HAVE SHRUNK, as that's what I've done, I found the previous weight me.. As if I'd taken a fat suit off....

80lbs is TRULY amazing, u must look like a completely different guy! and to have done it since March is freeking awesome!!

Thanks Mikey. One advantage of the meal packs is that my stomach has shrunk significantly so quite small portions leave me feeling full

Careful back on the normal food, take it steady. Plenty of veg and sensible portions.

Well Saturday I hit the 80lbs lost mark, but even better than that the doctor has reduced my high blood pressure mess, I'm now just on the single pill which will probably stat till I've seen the cardio specialist.

Only a few more days now till I exit the diet for the duration of the wedding, my target is to get another pound off so I'm left with just 2 st left to lose depending on what my "final" weight should be. I'm a little anxious about how I will manage off the diet but we will see, and I will have about a month after the wedding before the honeymoon to shed any extra pounds.
