Finally started the plan!!!

Welcome aboard the train to Slimville!

After Day 3 things just get easier, as Trazzer has probably told you. Drink plenty of fluids to keep your body flushed through, and that also helps with the weightloss.

You'll have a lovely boost when you get on the scales on day 7 and see how much you've lost. How are you finding the meals? I was surprised at how palatable they are, and believe it's due to that, that I'm able to stick with the plan so well.

Good luck with your journey, and keep us posted with how you're getting on. It must be great to have someone in RL who's doing it too.

Hi Everyone

Well, I've had my diet box for weeks but wasn't able to start due to birthday, visit to Wales to see son and grandchildren and surgery!!!!

But FINALLY I got going and am on Day 3, all ok at the mo.

Plus, I've got my best buddy Trazzer as my mentor, she's doing great on this diet.
