Wow! well done to both of you, 8lbs is an amazing loss.

Did you take your measurements when you started? I fortunately remembered to, and I thought I'd have a quick check today, and I've lost 1" each off my waist, bust and hips, I'm not going to do my legs until I've lost a bit more, but I know they're smaller, because my jeans are now loose, not tight around my thighs. I think it's a good added incentive to have those to check up on, especially if our losses ever slow down.

Here's to a fantastic second week for you both, and I agree with Sue, get that tracker on your profile, so we can see the downward slide of lard!

Well done Becky and Trazza on your weight losses, that is a brilliant start for both of you.

I am glad that you started your journeys together, it makes it much more fun when you are
sharing it together. Becky you will be so happy when you board that plane to Australia
knowing that you are going to be so much lighter, it will be a lot more comfortable for you
as there is so little room to move around on an aircraft.

Losing weight does so much for your confidence and the way you feel about yourself. Just
knowing that you have taken the first step to a new you makes you feel so much more
positive.

Trazza have you given any thought to having a tracker, it really does help and its great
to update it every week with your losses.

Keep up the good work both of you, heres to a great 2nd week for you
