Hi Sue! Congratulations on your first stone loss! Feels great, doesn't it? I need to add a tracker like yours, it's a great motivation!
I plan to loose about another 12 Kg (26 lbs) on the rapid burn plan, that would get me into a healthy BMI, then move up plans and loose just a bit more.

You're right, the forum is great, I plan to stick around!

Have a great weekend!

Hi Nyne ,

Sounds like you have been having a great weight loss journey. Well done on what you have achieved so far.

I like the selection that the kee diet offers and have found the spag bog and cottage pie to be life savers for me.
I am also partial to the smoothies, they certainly satisfy a sweet tooth. My favourite bar is the coconut one, it is
really filling but its down to personal preference really.

How much more weight are you hoping to lose. I am into week 4 and have lost my first stone. My target that
is on my tracker isnt really low enough but i felt it was enough weight to lose for now and i will review it when i
get closer to it.

I find posting on the forum really helps, its fun to see how the other girls are doing as well, keeps you motivated.

Have a good day

Hi everyone! I did the exante diet for 6 weeks and then changed to kee and I am really happy I did! I am thankful to exante, had a great weigh loss and the price was really good. But from the few products they have, I only liked 2, and couldn't imagine being on a VLCD diet for months only eating 2 products! I like so many of the kee products, it makes it easier to stick to the diet, I've been 100% all the way! I think kee has the best and biggest selection of products, and the website offers a lot of information.

I'm on week 10! 6 on exante and 4th week of kee. I'm overweight!!! haha Never though I would be so happy to say that, but I am no longer obese! I am enjoying all the mini goals on my way to my target weight, and being out of the obese category was a major milestone for me!

My favorite products are the oatmeal, the choc truffle, lemon and yogurt and toffee bars, the vanilla& caramel smoothie. Sometimes I really want the spaghetti or chilli and other times I am more into the soups. But I always like to start the day with oatmeal or porridge.

I have lost about 16Kg (35 lbs) and counting!

xxx
