yes i'm not really struggling with the water too much-drinking 2-3L everyday. Thanks for the reminder though about having
an extra pak if struggling

Welcome to the Kee Diet, drink lots of water throughout the day over the first 3 days it will really help, if you feel you are gonna cave take an extra product rather than picking at foods. Not cheating in the first week really sets you off to a good start.

Just bought my first weeks supply of KeeDiet, and have just completed Day 1 of having 3 meals and a bar.
