Hi Cath minimum water intake should be two and quatre litres of water 3 is better also taking vitamins and minerals salad and veg which are allowed. It could be if it is not improving you may need a fibre suppliment to help bulk up a bit. good luck and keep in touch. Pat

Hi Cath
I always struggle with an upset tummy for the first few days it will get better, its just your body adjusting. Craving wise again it should go altogther after the first week, it becaomes robotic in a way. I try and distract myself with long bubble baths, doing my nails, going on the internet and puzzle books, anything to keep my mind off food. keep your chin up you are nearly through the hard bit and it will be worth it in the long run, I did a pros and cons list for why am doing this so for example pros I want to be thinner, happier in myself , feel sexier and more confident. Cons the diet is hard, I can't eat food and then I ran out of reasons not to do the diet.

I feel your pain but hang in there your doing great Very Happy

Bad tummy since starting Empty Bad tummy since starting

Hi

I was just wondering if anyone else had suffered with a bad tummy (diarroeah mostly) since following the diet.

Day one was fine, but every day since I have had a bad tummy and have to be constantly by the bathroom.

I'm doing the 4 products a day and 2 litre of water (no food) and am beginning to get concerned as I am on day four today. I haven't weighed myself yet but am planning to on Monday to see how much weight I have lost and to see whether it is worth it.

Also, I seem to be doing nothing but thinking about food, from the moment I get up until the moment I fall asleep, even waking up in the night craving food.

Thanks

Love

Cath
