New to Kee but not VLCDs

Thanks for the message and congrats on your amazing weight-loss! A similar thing happened with me with LL - had to stop for medical reasons and then had trouble getting back into the club lol. It's a shame because my counsellor couldn't have been more helpful, but the higher-ups have to cover their backs I guess. But Kee is great too - there's so much more variety for one thing - that spicy spaghetti is really nice! Also very enamoured with the wafers ;-) Good luck with it - hope we both get to our goals sooner rather than later! :-)

Hi, WOW you have done amazingly well, your story is similar to mine, i weighed 27 stone last year, started LL in dec, lost 11 stone by July this year, had to come off due to an operation, was very disappointed by the lack of support i received from LL so found this site, started yesterday, all good so far being able to have spicy spag is a novelty lol!! hope your doing well, babs xx

Hi all! Well today is my first day on the Kee diet - exciting! Until a few months ago I'd been having great success with LighterLife (lost around 9 stone), which is very similar to Kee, but for a few reasons I had to give it up. I'm really happy that I've (hopefully!) found a way to finish off my weight-loss journey and I'm looking forward to trying all the new flavours of packs! Hope everyone else is doing ok!
