Well done!! I managed to loose 8 lbs and i was pleased with that ( probably would have been more if I hadnt had BBQ on the Saturday!!) But went straight back on track on the Sunday.

Yes that would be great I would like to lose about 3 - 4 stone which is a similar amount to you. They say we can lose a stone a month so we should be ok by christmas

I had the oatmeal/porridge for breakfast and it was too sloppy so tomorrow i need to not add so much water but it tasted ok. I had mushroom soup for lunch - very tasty! I have got vanilla and chocolate shakes too so will be trying them later. Did u get any of the bars? I got the lemon one and the mapel/fruits/almond. They sound tasty

It will work as long as you stick to the rules - which can be hard when you have other people to cook for etc, especially if they are having a takeaway or something nice!! But we will be positvie and go for it!!

Thats fab Liz we can be diet buddies if u like Have you got much to lose? I would really like to lose 50lbs but not sure how realistic this is. How are you finding the meal packs? I've just had a vanilla shake but it was rather bitter the chocolate 1 this morning was much better

Hi Debi - Im Liz and i also started today I have done a similar diet in the past and if this works the same then the weight really comes off fast!
