Just waiting for it all to arrive, 11 st 1 lb and want to lose 1 stone 1 lb. Should just about do it, get that old BMI back down from just 25.5 to about 22. Low Carb worked well for me a few years ago, and I have kept most of it off. Good to see I can now get similar products on-line. Gonna start on 26 May - going camping with 90 school kids next week and cannot really manage this diet under those circumstances. Besides which the school is paying for my food! Wish me luck.
