Welcome to you all, remember first couple of day are hard, as we tend to use food as a crutch in our lives by using VLCD or meal replacements you are changing your relationship with food, and in the early days can expect to feel a little hungry and fed up (lack of carbs and sugar). If this is the case our HP range are brill for adding an extra product and may help you survive. With only 100kcal an extra one each day is going to make no difference to your weight loss, but may just mean you get to week 2.

I'm new too! Well... i tried this plan last year but didn't last past two days due to not being in the right frame of mind. I believe i have a better shot at it this time and i've ordered loads of different products and flavours which i am looking forward to trying.

Hi Everyone,

I'm starting again today after a bit of a break.

I lost 2 stone in October and November last year with LL but found the group meetings really didn't work for me. I then discovered Kee just before Christmas and have lost and bit and then put it back on since then. I am really keen to get back on track now so I can move forward towards my goal weight and a healthy BMI. My aim is to lose another 1.5 stone in time for the summer (by the end of May)
