Hi Well done you

That must make you feel brill and so much fitter, remember if you can keep it up for another week you should lose around 1/2 the amount of the first week. Worth a go Very Happy

Let us know how you get on.

All the best

Wow Gillygill
Amazing, over astone in a week, Cor.

You are being sensible with knowing that you can't expect that every week but what a great start.

Keep with it and you'll soon ahve lost 2 stone and then on & on .
congrats again

My first weigh day .... Empty My first weigh day ....

Post by gillygill Wed Jul 01, 2009 5:05 am

and I am ecstatic. cheers I've lost 15 and a 1/4 pounds. I am amazed, though I haven't slipped and I've gone for it 100%.

I'm being realistic and know that won't continue (shame, would make this journey a lot shorter!) but if I needed any proof that the sacrifice is worth it then this is it.

Thanks for the messages of support on my first post - appreciate the help and encouragement from you all.

Hope you all have a good week with the losses you want.
